ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION: MANAGERIAL ABILITY AND CREATIVITY PERSPECTIVE

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Managerial Ability, and Creativity on Entrepreneurial Intentions FPEB students, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Theory Planned Behavior is used as a grand theory intention. population research UPI students who have attended entrepreneurship courses many 328 from various programs at Faculty Economics Business Education (FPEB) This type sample uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Collecting data using questionnaire. instrument tested for validity reliability. Data analysis multiple regression with tools IBM SPSS V.26. results revealed that each independent variables, namely managerial ability, creativity had an entrepreneurial intentions. It recommended ability variable increase indicator accepting reality change, perceived risk intention variable, readiness.
